Jason E. Butchko is founder and CEO of, i2see Consulting, LLC, a management consulting firm dedicated to helping leaders and organizations solve critical strategic issues make lasting substantial improvements in their performance.

Mr. Butchko served in multiple executive roles including GM of Lachat Instruments and Radiometer Analytical – a $33M business portfolio held by Hach (a Danaher Company; Fortune 500; NYSE: DHR).  He also led the operational turn-around of a international metal injection molding company while serving as VP Operations at PCC-Advanced Forming Technologies (a Precision Castparts Company; Fortune 500; NYSE: PCP).   In addition, as President, he led the integration and turnaround of the YDI Group acquired by AMS/Westco Scientific Instruments in December 2007.  Mr. Butchko earned an Executive MBA from the Leeds School of Business, University of Colorado.  In addition, he has an MS Environmental Science and Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines, and a BS Civil Engineering from the USAF Academy.
